We enjoyed staying here, the place met the demands. The hotel room was new-fashioned with great view to the see. The location in a very green area was marvellous and there were a local supermarket and local supermarkets nearby. Had tea and goodies at Seven Cafe, nestled 1 km of the property...

The rooms with twin beds were great, the staff was helpful from the start to the end of our stay, and its proximity to the beach was fantastic.

Clean sandy beach, that was what we liked. The food was good. Location near дирекцията bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away.

we loved rooms with 2 beds. an electronic key card, a work desk, and tv were important for us. its location in a valley was great and good. had tea and goodies at seven cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to visit, and we loved it so much that we plan on returning.

Hotel staff very friendly - buildings, rooms, pools, facilities excellent. Private beach facility very good, though mini bus transport times not always suitable if large numbers wish to be transported.

All inclusive food and drink deal is ok - but don't expect gourmet food. Plenty of food available but it does taste and look produced in bulk. Not any worse than we probably expected and at the end of the day it is value for money - but just be aware. At current Lev prices you can always eat out a few times if the hotel food isn't to your taste. Prices in Varna much more reasonable than in the area surrounding Golden Sands. Hotel is on the hill above town so you need to be mobile to walk the streets or climb the shorter route via stairs.

In general, everything's fine. One problem is that there is no direct access to the sea, and not close to it.

It is a basic 3* hotel (they are definitely not a really 4* hotel) so if you do no expect much of it, you will not get dissapointed. Rooms, food, facilities are pretty basic, nothing too much, nothing too less. For a really 3* hotel, again. The resort (Golden Beach) is nice.

They do not replace shower gel. In all of the 5 days we stayed there (two rooms), we were not replaced the shower gel (mini bottles) at all !! One of the bartedenders was really unecesarily rude. The front desk receptionists do not speak english very well and it was sometimes difficult to understand one to each other. But this is a minor thing. Coffee is awful, drinks (except beer) are undrinkable (by normal food-conscious people), and water and drinks are from dispenser (nothing bottled). Food - vegetables, pasta, rice are ok but meats are awful, with no taste and no texture of meat whatsoever; sweets/cakes are somehow like of plastic, really bad most of them. If you are not really picky you might not notice most of the above. Oh, and it is really far away from the beach.

Wi-fi conectivity is poor and some of the bartenders have a bad attitude.

The rooms were extremely spacious with 2 beds, and the staff were nice. there was parking available outside.

Really loved this hotel. excellent entertainment for the children, great food, cheap drink. Full of different nationalities which i found excellent. We came form England and we appeared to be the only ones from England there which i found even better. Cant understand why people complain that there are no people from their own country in a hotel when you holiday to get a way from them.

Some of the reception staff were a bit rude but this was only a small problem

I am here, at Hotel PrimaSol Sunrise, for the second time and that tells you a lot. Everything was so fine, that I'll return here anytime ! And this year, the animation is excellent- for kids and for adults too.THANK You !

The location was great for traveling around Varna, not far from a valley parking, the beach, and a bus stop. the services were nice, offering splendid meals and a spa area. - I had a really nice stay and didn't feel like leaving. I would like to come again.

It was very pleasant, nice hotel and facilities, especially the entertainment, very funny. INice view from our balcony and from the restaurant's terrace. It's really appropriate for families with children, but it was nice also for us (2 young couples), we enjoyed our staying. Good and various food (especially the breakfast), nice swimming pools (not too deep).

No hairdryer in the bathroom (even if it's a 4 stars hotel). - but we asked at the reception and they gave us one, to bring them back after use. Far away from the beach (many stairs).
